Shipping:

We guarantee all orders will ship in 1-3 business days of your original order. Shipping times may vary during the holidays. There are times when it will take a little longer for certain order items, in that case we will email you for an approximate ship date.  

 

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return, we will be happy to help you. At this time we are not offering exchange services. If you would like a different size please return your original item and place a new order.

If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out and we will send a replacement ASAP!

We are happy to offer a full refund for all returned items received by us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. 

Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.
Next Ridge Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

All SALE items are considered a final sale.
Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable unless item is defective.
All shipping costs are covered by the customer on exchanges.

Wrong size? Simply follow the above steps to return your item and place a new order for the correct size. If your item was on sale, we will honor the sale price for your new order. Please email us first and we will send over a discount code for checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we ask for proof of purchase.



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping:

Our current turn around time is 1-7 business days, depending on stock. We will work hard to get each order out to you as soon as possible!


To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 52, Caliente, CA 93518 and please email us so we know its coming.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
